Plastic World (PW) has over two decades development of plastic compounding. The major operation is centered on China with two factory sites locating in ShenZhen & ZhongShan and the total annual plastic processing capacity is nearly 70,000 tons. The business coverage is extended to Suzhou for the Eastern & Northern part of Chinese domestic market and the new operation will be started in Philippines by the end of this year. The business of PW is encompassed diverse industrial area such as food packaging, wiring, building & construction (B&C), automotive, office automation (OA) and green industry and we cooperates together with the globally known plastic makers, namely, Styrolution, Shin Etsu Polymer, Nihon Plast, Nippon Steel Chemical Corporation (NSCC), Katsuta Kako Group to cope with the keen competition in Asia.
1) Office Automation (OA) ‐ Plastic Precoloring
PW works with Styrolution to provide the precoloring service to the Japanese Office Automation (OA) giant companies like, Brother, Kyocera, Epson, Panasonic, etc.
2) Wires/Cables - PVC Compounding
PW is the compounder on behalf of Shin Etsu Polymer to produce PVC material in China and mainly focus on the wiring application with ultra severe product requirements.
3) Building & Construction (B&C) and Automotive ‐ ASA & HHABS manufacturing
Styrolution signed the trademark licensing agreement with PW on 2012 that PW can start the production of ASA, ABS & HHABS for the Building & Construction (B&C) and Automotive industry.
4) Food Packaging ‐ Chemicals & Plastic Trading
PW is one of the strategic partners of Katsuta Kako & ADK in the Chinese domestic market. We target on the heat stabilizers & lubricants distribution for those PVC food packaging and agricultural film.
5) Green Industry – Ecoplas (Plastic Recycling)
Ecoplas was established on 2010 and focuses on the post consumer plastic recycling. The close loop PS Food Tray (Plastic) recycling system is proved that it can be helped on the carbon emission reduction when comparing with the manufacturing of the virgin HIPS material.
